This is a 1970s vintage patch from the Central Jersey Square Wheelers, Chapter No. II, of the National Camping Travelers, an organization for Masonic families. It measures 4 1/2" long by 3 1/4" wide and has a cheesecloth backing.

It's in fair used condition with rippling around the border, frays, stitch impressions and stray threads on the border stitching, lots of wrinkles and a few spots of fuzzing to the design stitching.
