Handling Time:

Orders are shipped within 24 hours after payment is cleared by eBay.

Orders placed by 9:00 AM CDT (Dallas) are typically shipped the same day.

Weekends and U.S. holidays are excluded.

Shipping:

Most parcels are delivered within 3 to 5 days after dispatch.

Expedited shipping options are available. Please select a preferred option to determine the carrier and delivery speed.

High-value items may require a signature upon delivery or can be held at a secure location for pickup upon request.

Signatures may be required based on the delivery location or recommendations from the carrier or marketplace.

As per our store policy, we do not ship to PO Boxes. Please provide a residential or office address to avoid order cancellation.

Replacement & Exchange:

Replacements are subject to stock availability. If you prefer a replacement, please include a note with your return parcel so our customer service team can coordinate accordingly.

A replacement will only be shipped once the returned item has been received and processed by our customer service team.

Starting a Return:

1. Locate the item under Purchase History in My eBay and select Return this item from the More actions dropdown menu.
2. Choose the reason for the return. Depending on the seller's return policy, you may be directed to communicate with the seller directly.
3. If needed, you can upload up to 10 photos (PNG, JPEG, BMP, or GIF; max 5MB) to document the item’s condition. These photos can be accessed by both eBay Customer Service and the seller. Once uploaded, they can only be removed by contacting Customer Service.
4. Based on the return policy, a return shipping label and packing slip will be provided.
5. Pack the item securely, include the packing slip, affix the shipping label, and return the item within 5 business days of initiating the return. Adding tracking information is recommended.
6. If you prefer a replacement, include a note with your return package.
7. The return request must be completed before a replacement is dispatched.
8. Important: Please remove any iCloud or Google Account from the device before returning it; otherwise, a restocking fee will be applied.

Processing Time:

• Return labels are issued within 24 to 48 hours of the request.
• Returns are processed within 24 to 48 hours of receiving the parcel.

Processing times do not include weekends or holidays.
