Vintage Musical Compact Powder Box by Clover – 1960s Rarity

A truly rare and exquisite designer piece – a vintage musical compact powder box by Musical Compact Clover, released in the 1960s. This unique item features a built-in music box with a Sankyo Japan mechanism. The factory key works, playing the melody at a very fast pace.

For some unknown reason, the melody plays twice as fast.

The stop button works perfectly.

The top lid showcases an embossed scenic landscape, adding to its charm and elegance. The set includes:

The compact powder box

Original powder puff

Protective pouch (dust cover)

Original box, which has an inscription on the bottom specifying the melody played: "Cradle Song" by Johannes Brahms

The compact is in pristine condition, making it a highly collectible item.
