Drypoint etching by Robert Barrie of the Forth Bridge, Scotland, signed and dated 1928 in pencil recto lower right, printed on Japon paper. This talented artist is currently unlisted, indeed unfindable, but it's a superbly executed work. Approx sizes: Framed 42 cm x 51 cm or 16 ½” x 20”, sheet 13" x 17 7/8”, mount 15 ¼” x 18 ¾”, visible 9 ½” x 13 ¾”.  

Used. Examined out of frame. No visible marks or mount burn. Glass removed for shipping. The frame, which has a few corner chips, and mount offered as used and of no value.

Collection available by appointment only, glass would be kept in the frame.

All of our pre owned goods are sold under the UK VAT Margin scheme and is not recoverable. 

Packaging: As far as possible WE recycle as much outer and inner packaging as possible whilst making sure that your valued purchase is safe. This is not only environmentally friendly but keeps down the high cost of new packaging. WE ship with glass removed for safety and to comply with shippers rules. 

Tax and Import Duty: YOU the  buyer are  strictly liable for the payment of any taxes or duties for all purchases. ref: Incoterms® 2010 Delivered at Place DAP named place. 

Insurance: WE undertake to insure the risk of loss or damage whilst in transit to you. If your delivery arrived damaged do not sign for it. We will pursue all claims via our carrier and within 60 days refund in FULL your purchase payment. We DO NOT alter the invoice value. 

Finally, all items are described as honestly as possible but would ask you to take reasonable care in evaluating your purchase. Most of our goods are NOT NEW and WE point out any defects as far as is reasonably possible. OUR view is that  WE would want to buy from OUR site.
