Customers have 7 days after delivery date to return  if the item does not meet expectations. Buyer is responsible to return the item in unused, uninstalled and in the original packaging condition. 30% re-stock fee may apply for items with custom features.  
We will exchange items damaged during shipping or defective from the factory. Please inspect your item immediately upon receiving. Contact us right away and we will assist you with the replacement. All claims must provide pictures of the damaged or defective item to receive a RMA. Please also verify item is correct with requested specification and features before installation. We will not accept return after item has been installed. We offer a 1 year manufacturer warranty. Please keep your Ebay item number as reference. We are not responsible for any returns or exchanges after the warranty period.

All claims must be approved before return or apply any corrective action on item. When an item is returned we will inspect it before issue any refund or exchange. A fee of 25% may be charged if the condition is not as originally delivered.
