TERMS :

PRODUCT CONDITION - Unless otherwise stated the item shown in the main pictures is the item you will receive.  An item which is used may not be as clean as a new item and may show some signs of use or wear or cosmetic blemishes.
 
RETURNS - The item may be returned within 14 days provided it has not been used or damaged. Buyer pays return shipping and is responsible for shipping the item effectively.  Refunds will be made after the item has been checked and re-tested.  This may take up to 7 working days.  Refunds will not be made if the item has been diminished by buyer handling, use or the manner in which the buyer returns the item. Buyer requested enhanced shipping cost will not be refunded.
 
SHIPPING - Please allow 2-3 working days for order processing. Items with free shipping are usually sent on 24 hour Courier.  Highlands and Islands and Europe etc, please use messaging service for quote.  Goods are not shipped to destinations where delivery can not be verified effectively.
 
VAT - UK VAT is included in the listing price.  VAT invoices will be provided.
