This item is a brand new PGX Graded copy of Savage Dragon #145 with the Wondercon Exclusive variant cover.  The cover features then president elect Barack Obama punching Osama bin Laden.  The cover is also designed to look worn, and that along with the picture making it a homage to Captain America #1.  The book is graded at 9.9 near mint and is signed by artist and author, Erik Larsen.  This issue was published by Image Comics Group in February, 2009.  This copy is in fantastic, mint condition with no wear or damage even on the outside case.
