Combined shipping available when purchasing multiple items. 

For combined shipping with "buy it now" items, instead of buying "buy it now" items straight from the listing, put your items in the "cart" and when you have chosen all the items you want, you can check out. If the system does not then give you a combined shipping rate there is an option to "request total from seller". You click on that, and I can then send a combined shipping invoice.
