Disc’s surface has just a handful of light scratches, almost entirely outside the recorded area–nothing remotely worrying.  I also tested the CD by playing it all the way through, and it played perfectly.

Slimcase has quite a few cracks (See 9th/10th Photos for examples), also many scratches/scuffs and some soiling.   Not changing it out due to the massive hype sticker attached.

Hype sticker has edge wear, surface wear, some soiling, and a deep scratch or tear to the left side (See Last Photo).

In short, very obviously used and worn, but the CD looks good and plays perfectly.  Please see included photos.
