Comes from the countryside of Alamance County, North Carolina.  Made by the 'Empire Type Foundry' in Delevan, New York circa 1917 (this set was in type set drawers with this info on it and one of the larger point sets has this manufacturer stamped on the side).  It is difficult to assign point size based on the tools we have.  We can indicate that point sizes are uniform as they were taken out of well-organized trays and great care was taken not to mix the sizes as we created listings.  See pics for measurements.  Vast majority of character faces are in very good condition.  Bagged and ready for shipment.  Check out our other listings for other typesets including the trays that this set came from and a rather large collection of Morgan's Wilcox spacers.  Seller Lot #25010-2.
