While USPS continues to have issues with slow deliveries, we recommend choosing expedited shipping options that are available at checkout to ensure that you receive your order on time.

 

If you select the expedited shipping option, the package will be shipped VIA USPS Priority Mail.

Please note that cancellations are only a request. Due to limited staffing, we cannot cancel orders unless we are having problems sourcing the part that you ordered. If we are having problems with your order, we will cancel it ourselves or contact you with more options. All customers have a 30-minute window after they place an order to cancel an order themselves.

Almost all of our parts and supplies are shipped by USPS. Almost all of our items have a free economy shipping option that usually takes 2-9 days to get delivered. If you are paying for an upgraded shipping option, please note we have a cut-off time of 3 PM Pacific Standard Time. Orders placed after 3 PM Pacific Standard Time most likely will be shipped the next business day. If there are any problems filling your order in a timely fashion, we will contact you and provide the details.
