Due to the global supply chain shortage and USPS shipping issues, extended handling times are expected on many items, even though they are in stock and will be shipped on the same or the next business day.

- 15-Day Handling Time: Generally indicates we only have a very limited inventory of the part number. The extended handling time allows us to restock the part if it does sell out.

- 30-Day Handling Time: Generally indicates there is only one part available, and it may sell out. The extended handling time allows us to restock the part from the manufacturer if it does sell out. 

 

Expect us to be here to answer any questions that you may have from the time you place your order until it's delivered. While USPS continues to have issues with slow deliveries, we recommend choosing expedited shipping options that are available at checkout to ensure that you receive your order on time.

 

If you select the expedited shipping option, the package will be shipped VIA USPS Priority Mail.

Please note that cancellations are only a request. Due to limited staffing, we cannot cancel orders unless we are having problems sourcing the part that you ordered. If we are having problems with your order, we will cancel it ourselves or contact you with more options. All customers have a 30-minute window after they place an order to cancel an order themselves.

 

Policy:

Almost all of our parts and supplies are shipped by USPS. Almost all of our items have a free economy shipping option that usually takes 2-9 days to get delivered. If you are paying for an upgraded shipping option, please note we have a cut-off time of 3 PM Pacific Standard Time. Orders placed after 3 PM Pacific Standard Time most likely will be shipped the next business day. If there are any problems filling your order in a timely fashion, we will contact you and provide the details. 

 

Finally, our return policy is very clear. We do not accept returns at this time. It is our company's policy to make sure you are happy with your order. If there is anything at all you are not happy with, please contact us via an eBay message, and we will make it right.
