This is a old-school pencil cap made of  brass and steel, but you do not find this kind of cap with pocket clip in any other. 

The clip also plays role helping the cap to hold pencil firmly as well as preventing pencil to roll.

All of TOHKIN's products are still made in Tokyo, Japan.
