Ivanko Chrome C-3 Standard Bar Locks are a pair of retro vintage old school weight lifting equipment. They are made of chrome material and are designed for standard use. The bar locks have a weight of 2.5Lbs each and come in a set of two. Pretty sure these were purchased around 1980. Unable to find this design when searching. Price tag in last picture was attached to one of the Locks when I acquired them. Not sure if that’s true or not
