Made in Alexandria, Egypt, this professional quality darbuka / doumbek is made on a durable aluminum base and beautifully decorated with hand-inlaid mother of pearl designs. This darbuka is already tuned and ready to play. The synthetic head offers a sharp and crisp sound and a replacement head is included and tuning key is included as well. Includes a storage bag. The base of the drum is double-beveled which add depth and projection to the sound.
