Item Appears to be an Event Used Graphic which was obtained after the Race and then Matted and Framed.  I am not definitely sure of this as it could be something completely different but it does appear to be made of vinyl and has condition issues that would indicate this was out in the open environment for a period of time.  

There is definite wear on it including cracks that are going down the right side of the print as well as wrinkling but was custom framed so it was treated with high regards.  The frame does have some light age / scuffing wear in certain parts.
