Our condition definitions 

(Any exceptions to these conditions are outlined above.)

New - Item is fully sealed, never used.

Like new - Case and disc have no flaws and has had little to no use but is opened/not sealed.

Very good condition - Case may have some flaws but disc is tested and plays in its entirety.

Good condition - Case and disk may have some small flaws but disc is tested and plays in its entirety.  

Acceptable condition - Case and disk have flaws.  Case may not be original.  Disc is tested and plays in its entirety.

All of our items are sanitized and stored in a safe, smoke-free zone.

Soft goods, such as clothing and shoes, will have a small fresh scent tab in the poly bag to keep your item fresh during storage and transit.  

While we do our best to remove all traces of lint from clothing, we have hundreds of items, and it is inevitable that there will be a piece of random lint or thread transferred to other items from time to time.

For items that are "Local Pickup Only," we will provide pickup instructions.  If requested, we will provide an area for testing to be done by the buyer upon arrival; please request this at time of purchase.  Once item leaves seller's premises, no refunds can be given.

All items must be shipped to the address on file at the time of purchase per eBay Selling Guidelines.  Delays due to Postal Service, FedEx, or UPS delays, weather situations, etc. are beyond our control.  

If there are any problems, please contact us before leaving negative feedback.  Include full details so we can address any issues you may have. Please note that buyers pay return shipping in most cases (unless item is defective).  Items must be returned in same condition in which it was received by the buyer; we take photos of shipments during processing.
