The shipping is not a
particular service. Instead, when you choose to ship your order with the rate
we provided, we select the most economic shipping rate on your behalf. Either
USPS, UPS or Fedex. In additional to the shipping rate we set, you are able to
select the particular shipping service by contacting us and we will charge you
the additional shipping fee on the shipping service you select.
- We provide local store (NY) pick up with no shipping cost! Please contact us if you are willing to pick up.
- We also provide combine shipping, please contact us before your check out
- Replacement/Exchange
only be accepted if the figure is defective or box unopened.
For International Customers, we suggest you allow us to check figure quantity in case there is no
defect problem before shipment. If you are willing us to do the inspection
please contact us after order placed right away, otherwise we will ship the
package without inspection. International shipping service is not a particular
service, same as local shipping rule.
Return Policy:
For New Products :
You have 30
calendar days from the date of purchase to return an item. Item must be in
unused, still completely sealed, and in the same new condition it was purchased
in.
We are unable to
accept returns for opened and used products. External packaging, internal
packaging, and all seals must not be tampered with or opened.
For Defective
Products :
A Defective Product is defined as a product that contains a flaw in the way it was manufactured.
This includes broken or missing pieces out of the box, wobbly bases, immovable or broken joints, etc.
A product with an imperfect box condition or minor paint imperfections is NOT considered to be defective.
Used products or products that are damaged or missing pieces due the customer are not considered defective and will not be covered.
