Nice looking old wood frame and steel ring for mounting a speed work out bag. Bag is not included. There is some play in the joints where the bolts and wood parts are held together. Appears to have seen lots of use over the years. I am selling this frame as a collectible and not for actual use. I don't believe the frame could withstand the beating that it would take if it was used for training purposes. I have most of the dimensions shown in the photos. Please check out all of them before bidding/buying, to determine the condition and to see if all components are present. I am selling this item as is, no returns, no refunds. There is a string attached to the frame. I don't believe that it serves a purpose. It was already attached; I decided to leave it on the frame.
