The Wording is Lucky Leprechaun and is a little man playing a violin and figures dancing around the thimble.  There are music symbols on the top and sides of this piece. 

The little relief man is set in the thimble and moves slightly

Thimble stands 2.4 cm high and is 2 cm across the diameter
