1. Strip the CD Player and Clean the Laser Lens and CD Intake Roller

2. Adjust the Laser Bias Voltage as necessary

3. Fully Bench Test before shipping.

2. The CD may be a poor pressing
3. It may be generally poor quality (i.e. from a newspaper)
4. It may have a film of grease or dust over the disc (try cleaning it)
5. CDs with more than 20 tracks can be troublesome
6. The CD may be deteriorating due to old age.
