Motherboard PCB has damaged pads and traces from attempted repair involving cooling

The computer will power up and function, but cannot trigger fan or cooling.  This leads to overheating within 5-10 mins of use

Previous to repair, MacMini was running Mac OSX Catalina 10.15.7 perfectly
