RETURN POLICY

Your satisfaction is important to us. We offer free returns within the U.S. under the following conditions:

If the item is NOT as described:

  • We will cover the return shipping and issue a full refund once the item is received.

If returning for other reasons (does not fit, changed mind, etc.):

  • We still offer free returns, but the refund will be for the purchase price minus shipping costs.

Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receiving the item. The item must be returned in the same condition as received:

  • New items must be unused, with original tags attached and all packaging included.
  • If new items are used, missing tags, or repackaged, only a 50% refund will be issued.

Additional Return Guidelines

Apparel Returns:

  • No refunds if underwear or sealed packaging has been opened.
  • A 50% refund will be issued if:
    • Clothing appears washed or worn.
    • Tags were removed and reattached.

Exchanging for Another Size:

If another size is needed, please purchase the correct size in a new order. Then return the original item, and a refund will be issued once we receive it.

All Other Items:

  • Items must be returned in the original condition with all accessories, manuals, and packaging included.
  • Items missing original components will receive only a 50% refund.

UNDELIVERABLE / REFUSED PACKAGES

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or insufficient address, refusal, or non-delivery, a refund will be issued minus any return shipping fees we incur.
