PRODUCT OVERVIEW QA1's tubular K-member for the 1982-1992 Chevrolet Camaro/Pontiac Firebird (F-body) is a significant front-end upgrade. Designed for reduced weight and increased clearance for headers and oil pans, the QA1 K-member makes a great upgrade for both street performance and track vehicles. It features lightweight, modular engine mounts, making LS swaps a breeze, and accommodates coilover struts or QA1's unique inboard spring sliders. QA1's engine mounts easily mount your engine directly to the K-member without any additional conversion mounts. Also look to QA1's transmission crossmembers & torque arms to make a driveline swap even easier! COMPATIBLE WITH SPRING SLIDERS OR COIL-OVER STRUTS This K-member offers the flexibility to be used with either coilover struts or QA1 spring sliders depending on your performance goals. Coilover struts, like QA1's adjustable Proma Star Struts, provide a significant performance boost with the ability to dial in ride height. Inboard spring sliders are another great option for those looking to achieve the perfect stance with greater negative camber while accommodating wider wheels and tires.
