The high-temperature box-type furnace integrates the control system and the furnace chamber into one, with a compact and beautiful structure. Furnace lining is made of vacuum-formed high-purity alumina poly-light material, which has low heat storage, excellent heat preservation, and energy-saving effect, and greatly reduces the overall weight of the electric furnace. The furnace shell adopts a double-layer air-cooled structure to ensure that the surface temperature of the furnace shell is close to room temperature. The temperature control system adopts an industrial precision 0.2-level intelligent instrument, PID control, 51-segment programmable heating curve, and a high degree of automation.
