Applications
For use in gasoline, flex-fuel or gasoline-electric hybrid vehicles requiring SAE 5W-30 API SP, SN PLUS, SN, SL and ILSAC GF-4A, GF-5, GF-4 or previous standards. Approved for use in all GM gasoline engines requiring dexos1™ Gen 3 5W-30.

Helps Prevent
Helps prevent Low-Speed Pre-Ignition (LSPI) commonly seen in modern, turbocharged direct-injection gasoline engines.

Controls Friction
Controls friction and engine wear better than the latest API SP requirement, especially during cold starts.

Protects
