Shipping: Processing and Transit time

All orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours of payment.
Orders placed by 12:00pm Pacific time are processed and shipped the same day. 
 
Once your order is shipped, tracking number will be posted in to transaction details and you will receive an email notification that your order has been shipped. 
 
Transit time is as following within the borders of the United States:
  • USPS First Class - 2-5 business days.
  • USPS Parcel Post 7 business days.
  • USPS Priority 2-3 business days.
  • USPS Media Mail 7-10 business days.
  • Fedex Ground 2-5 business days.
  • Fedex Smart post 7-10 business days.
  • Please note that although checkout system will speculate approximate delivery date, USPS First Class and Priority are not guaranteed services, especially during the time of holidays and/or severe weather conditions. Plan accordingly and contact us if you would like us to upgrade your shipping to assure that your order arrives by event day.
Please make sure that your address is up to date both with ebay and Paypal!
Although majority of items shipped within the borders of the United States are offered by Baby Family Gifts "Free Shipping", if your address is incorrect and your package gets returned back to us, you will be responsible for reshipping cost.

Combined Shipping:

To combine shipping, please add to cart all items your would like to purchase, and at the checkout click on "Request Invoice From This Seller" button. We will combine shipping for you and send you combined invoice within 24 hours. 
 
We are not able to support combine shipping, for multiple items that are purchased at sale price, as double discounting is against eBay's policy.
 
Majority of our listings have accurate weights. If shipping on your order seems high, please contact us at your convenience via ebay messenger.

Priority and Expedited Shipping!

To expedite your order, simply chose Priority Shipping Method at the check out.
 
You have an option also to leave a message for seller at the checkout. There you can indicate event day by which you need to receive your order.
 
USPS Priority transit time is 2-3 business days.
 
If you need to expedite your order and expedited shipping method is missing, please contact us via email and we will assist you with expediting your order. 
 
If shipping seems high, please email us and we will try to find you better quote.
 
We utilize USPS Priority Flat rate boxes as an option, which might help you to save money on shipping items that are heavy in weight.  

International Shipping: Processing and Transit time

Please email us if you need to get a shipping quote prior to your order or utilize eBay's quote calculator by clicking on the link "See exclusions" located in the "Shipping" section of the listing. 
 
We are only able to support Free Shipping on the territory of the United States.
 
We offer shipping via USPS First Class International (for parcel up to 4 pounds in weight) and expedited USPS Priority International (any weight).
 
Transit time as following:
  • USPS First Class International is usually 3-4 weeks.

      Tracking will be provided, however online tracking is not available for some countries. Service is Not insured.

  • USPS Priority International is usually 2-3 weeks.

      Tracking will be provided. Online Tracking is available for most countries. Automatically Insured for up to 50 dollars.

  • Transit time varies per country. In some countries First Class International may take up to 2 months to deliver a parcel.
  • Based on the order's dollar amount, parcels will be either delivered to your door or your post office will leave you a note to pick up your parcel at the local post office.
  • Transit time might be affected by major holidays, severe weather conditions and how busy US and your country customs are.

IMPORTANT: Baby Family Gifts does Not charge International duties and taxes, as they vary from country to country and change quarterly.

Based on dollar amount of your order, you will be required to cover your country's customs fees (import and taxes) at a pick up. 

Please make sure your ship to address is up to date with ebay and Paypal.

We will not be able to refund shipping on parcel returned to us due to "Invalid shipping address" and you will have to pay shipping again for us to reprocess your order and send it to your new shipping address.

Return Policy:

Baby Family Gifts has great 30 days Hassle Free returns/exchange policy!
 
During Holidays we extend our return policy to 90 days.
 
Prior to sending your return, please open return request via "Help & Contact", "Resolution Center", so we could approve your return.
 
 Your item must be in its original Brand new condition in order to qualify for a full refund.
 
Please make sure to return your item at your earliest convenience, especially if it is a seasonal item.
 
We recommend to insure your parcel, if item costs 50 dollars or more and get tracking number.
 
Any items with a sign of use are subject to 20% off original price refund.
 
In your return parcel, please include original invoice or package slip, and signed letter stating the reason for your return and how you would like us to handle it (refund or exchange).
 
You must return the item within 30 days of your purchase. Any returns received after 30 days, subject to 20% restocking fee.
 
Merchandise that has been worn, used, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.
 
Baby Family Gifts does not refund shipping expenses.
