Make a Happy Beaks order over 1.8kg before 3pm, and it will fly its way out to you the next working day.
Orders made to Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands and Islands, as well as Isle of Man and selected additional areas, may carry an additional charge and will sadly not receive next day delivery.

Stock Issues
In the event that one or more items on your order are out of stock or currently unavailable, then we may send send items separately so we don't delay your order. We'll then either send the out of stock products when they come back in, or in the rare event that the product is being discontinued, issue a full refund. If this occurs you will be notified by email or post.
Couriers
For all deliveries up to 15kg, Happy Beaks despatches with Hermes 24 hour service. For all orders over 15kg, Happy Beaks sends orders via UK Mail. In both instances, this gives you a next working day service. For orders sent via Hermes, you will receive an email on the day of delivery telling you that your order is on the road. We do not currently provide tracking for UK Mail deliveries. Please note: in the event that you are unable to receive your delivery, our couriers may leave your parcel with a neighbour or in a safe location.
