The RapidFix UV Liquid Plastic Adhesive contains everything you need to bond any object.
This adhesive hardens using the special UV LED flashlight included in the kit.
Just hold the UV light on the sticker for 10-20 seconds
The adhesive hardens in seconds and dries with a crystalline effect.
The high strength bond can be sanded, drilled and painted.
The area to be repaired must be clean and free of any oil, dust, dirt or particles.
Apply RapidFix UV to the surface where necessary. The adhesive will flow and develop, apply small amounts at a time.
Build the adhesive in layers. Each layer should be about 1/8 "(2mm). Use the Flashlight for each layer with the UV LED. Repeat if necessary.
For optimal exposure hold the UV LED flashlight approximately (2cm) above the adhesive. The adhesive will begin to harden immediately.
Average curing time is 20 seconds, depending on the depth of the adhesive.
Test the adhesive by lightly touching the surface. The sticker is set when the surface is hard.
Use only on repairs where UV light can penetrate the adhesive. Do not use the product where the adhesive is between any solid material where the UV light cannot reach.
Powerful UV LED will last for years and the flashlight uses a standard AA battery (not included).
