Hand crafted by R. Madison Mitchell circa 1976.  This decoy is just one from a large collection recently acquired here in Virginia.  Made of cork and in great condition with the exception of one area at the top which shows some of the cork missing.  There is also some crackling of the paint on the head area.  Signed & dated at the bottom along with  additional verbiage/lettering. 

Measurements: 17" Long  x 8 1/2" Wide x 8" Tall.
