I will transfer one (1) reel-to-reel audio tape (5 inch diameter) to digital computer file. I use a Sony TC-580 tape deck.
The MP3 format will be used which is a compressed type of audio file.
Once converted, I will provide the link for you to download from my Google Drive account to your computer or tablet, etc.
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Send the tape. If you have more than one, adjust the quantity.
- I will convert to MP3 file.
- When the file or files are ready, I will provide the download link.
- Download the MP3 file from my Google Drive account to your computer or compatible device.
COMMENTS:
- This service only includes the transfer to MP3 format.
- I do not edit the file or split audio segments to separate files unless there is another recording on Side 2 of the reel.
- I do not fix audio problems with editing software such as Audacity.
- I do not fix damaged or soiled tapes.
- I do not copy the files on discs (CD, DVD).
I can also do custom work beyond the scope of this listing: full feature editing, audio slideshows with your images and comment titles, and generating transfers onto DVD/CD disc formats. Please contact me for what you have in mind and I can create a listing tailored for your project.
