Used Thorlabs MBT616/M 3-axis Microblock Stage with Compact Differential Adjusters. In fair condition, there is some light scratching to the top plate and witness marks around the bottom plate where it has been fixed to a table.

Note that this has been fitted with the RB13P1 tapped top plate that consists of an array of thirteen 1/4"-20 (M6) and twelve 8-32 (M4) tapped mounting holes.
