Dispatch timing update

We've slightly extended our handling times as a precaution. This just covers the occasional slowdown from things like machine servicing, weather events, public holidays, or waiting on specialty colour requests. Most orders still leave within 2 business days. We keep it moving as fast as possible, but this buffer stops the odd delay from impacting listings.

How Custom Orders Work

You choose the theme and name, and I take care of the design. At this price point, customer-supplied designs aren’t accepted and I don’t offer "mock ups" or go back and forth with design changes. If you are quite particular about what you are after, this product is not for you. 

We do a great job, but the design and creation process is designed to be quick, getting your topper out to you ASAP. 

Name Details

Please leave the correctly spelled name in the order notes.
If there is a typo - we won't know and it will get printed and sent out like that. 

Design Notes

To keep orders running smoothly, I’m not able to follow specific layout instructions (such as angles, sizing, or font changes). I’ll design the name so it fits and looks balanced on the topper.

Custom Designs

Any theme is welcome - I’ll create the design. 

The price reflects a streamlined custom process without back-and-forth design changes.

If you’re after something highly specific or collaborative, this product may not be the best fit.
