Here we have a NEW heavy duty gasket/seal CRYSTAL seal for various SEIKO watches.

Included in the kit are replacements for the following -

1 x EC3160 "L" Crystal Seal

The seal is made from high quality EPDM synthetic elastomer. EPDM will vastly outlast the original black nitrile seals for this model and should last the life of the watch assuming they aren't damaged or worn by dirt or contamination. In addition to this, it performs better in sub zero and tropical conditions.

The seal will pass a pressure test to the indicated water resistance for this model, assuming the seals are fitted correctly, the correct crown and pushers are fitted, the correct crystal is fitted and there is no corrosion in the case. I test on a Witschi ALC-2000 dry pressure tester.

Please also double check your watch has the correct caseback, as many have been swapped over the years and if it is wrong, I may send you the wrong seal kit.
