Full Disclosure:  I purchased a number of games recently at an estate auction.  This was one of them.  All were listed as 'New', but I've learned over the years to check the game contents from auctions to verify the contents and then repackage.  The box the game is contained in looks New and the game is complete with the T-Rex and 40 sticks.  The T-rex and 40 sticks appear to be unused as well.  I did have to download the instructions and print it off.  You don't really need them anyways.  It's a balancing game.  You topple on your turn-you lose!  Cute game that has won many awards...
