I believe this to be an ORIGINAL ENGRAVED PRINT MADE BY JOSEPH ANTON ZIMMERMAN OF GERMAN EMPEROR CHARLES VII ALBERT. I can find this exact print on Alamy, but nowhere else, so I can't precisely date it. Joseph Anton Zimmermann lived between 1725 and 1797, and other listing are imprecise about the precise dates an original engraving was made - one listing said, "1750-1797". I'll just provide the date as 1780ca. The Alamy listing provides dimensions of, 9.8 x 14.1", and these are the dimensions of this print within the frame. The outside dimensions of the frame are 11.3" by 15.5". The indent where the engraving begins is about 0.3-0.4" from the edge of the glass. The background color of the engraving is tan not the gray shown in listing photos - I can't get a true color image with my camera and normal room lighting. The frame is solid but with a few scratches on top edge.
A VERY NICE ANTIQUE ENGRAVING!
From Wikipedia on Charles VII Albert::
"Charles VII (6 August 1697 – 20 January 1745) was elector of Bavaria from 26 February 1726 and Holy Roman Emperor from 24 January 1742 to his death. He was also King of Bohemia (as Charles Albert) from 1741 to 1743. Charles was a member of the House of Wittelsbach, and his reign as Holy Roman Emperor thus marked the end of three centuries of uninterrupted Habsburg imperial rule, although he was related to the Habsburgs by both blood and marriage."
