Helmet– KBC VR-1 full-face with flip-up visor. Can’t find a size marking but shouldbe small or possibly medium – we bought it for our 14-year old, and it fits my 22" head.  Worn only a few (<10) times, but hasa few tiny paint chips from storage in the garage.
