You are looking at a beautiful and rare crystal chandelier that works and seems complete. I do not know if this is Waterford or not, it looks a lot like the Waterford I found online. It is made to be hard wired, and we just electrified it to make sure all the wiring is working. The wires go through the 8 glass arms. It is about 23” x 23” across. It is about 16” tall WITHOUT THE CHAIN OR BOTTOM CRYSTALS. I measured it as it sits in photo #24. Photo #23 shows a crack in the white sleeve. There are a few of those. I think the crystals are all where they should be, but I do have a few extras.
