I know nothing about this guard, it was an estate find. I assume it is for the right arm, I tried it on and it fits my right wrist great and I have Men's L wrists. The strap is adjustable so I think it would fit most wrist sizes. It measures (laying flat) 10" across the top and 7.5" across the bottom. I do not think the buttons are sterling but are silver.
