This is a medium 4.5" round sticker produced in Sanskrit (or Devanagari) Indian language for the Indian Division of Okanagan Helicopters Ltd. in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada before it became CHC Canadian Helicopters. 

These stickers were ubiquitous. At one time they were carried by helicopter crews and applied to just about everything in sight from hotel windows and mirrors to vehicles, tool boxes and even the competition's helicopters on occasion.

The item is unused. No damage or odor.
