Upgraded Shipping ($5.99) - Anything above $20 will be shipped this way and cards under $20 will have the option to be shipped this way.  Items will be shipped USPS Ground Advantage in a sturdy box.  The card will be shipped in a penny sleeve, top loader, within a zip lock bag and plenty of bubble wrap to protect it.
