Beautiful fine silk with a natural sheen and soft drape - ancient madders silk. Madders silk is a silk made by traditional dyeing methods producing dark chalky colours and having a matte "dry" handle or finish.
No nasty synthetic twinkle!
The edge is hand rolled and hand sewn in the UK. This may result in some slight irregularity** but this is desirable and not a flaw.
Printed and made in the UK.

The pocket squares I am selling are classed as "new with defects".
All are new and unused and not previously owned.
Each item is slightly different and the defects vary from creasing due to storage to a tiny irregularity in the weave or a spot of dye transfer during the printing process. Some have a missing brand label.
Many are indiscernible.
In the main, the flaw is an asymmetry of shape due to the hand sewn edge**. None of the minor flaws will be visible in wear. The photographs show the nature of the flaws but where I am listing more than one of a pattern then each item is different.
