This stunning vintage glass covered turkey that would be wonderful for candies or nuts on a dinner table.  This lovely dish measures approximately 4-1/2 inches in length, 3.5 inches in width, and 4 inches high at the tallest point.  The nest portion of the dish has been rendered in a ribbed pattern with scalloped top edge.  The top half of the dish is in the shape of a turkey sitting on a nest or bowl. Feathers and facial details have been superbly rendered. A truly beautiful piece in a rich, vibrant orange color, in excellent condition. Overall, an exceptional, uncommon dish in excellent condition, no chips or cracks that I can see.
