They form clumps that can grow 4 to 5 feet tall and a striking plant in an informal or cottage garden setting. If you live in a windy area, its probably best to support them. They do need full sun if possible but are not overly fussy about soil type but it does need to be moist but well drained and sheltered if possible so that they don't blow over. They are best started indoors and planted out when the risk of frost has passed. (NB These are flower seeds not tree-mallow shrub seeds). They are on the RHS Plants for pollinators list

Please note, as seeds are live products, the successful germination and growth depends on various factors such as moisture, light, growing medium, etc. Therefore we suggest you do research before starting the process. The RHS Website is a good place to start. For these reasons, as with all seed companies, we cannot be held responsible for the productivity of the seeds. There may be some small fragments of flower petal or seed pod in with the seeds, these are inert and will do no harm. We are only a very small business and thank you for your order.
