This is the 1991 Venom, of the Marvel Super Heroes, made Toy Biz in China, item no. 4816.
We got Venom new at Toys R Us back in the day, and he has been carefully stored since then. He has never been removed from the package. The plastic bubble is clear. (There is a slight crease on the back behind the bubble. See all photos). It is in very good condition for being an over 30 year-old item. Venom displays well and is a fine piece to add to your collection!
