First, crack repair

Note:

1. In order to let the resin into the crack more smoothly, crack expander can be used to expand the crack. The expander is attached to the inside of the glass, and the top nut in the middle is twisted to expand the crack. Pay attention to the top tightening strength should be moderate, so that the crack can be slightly deformed, too much force will make the crack continue to grow.

2. Crack repair should start from the lowest level of the horizontal position, and observe the resin entry at a 45 degree Angle with the glass. If the length of the crack exceeds 10cm, it is necessary to repair the curing film on the edge, and use the purple lamp to fix the whole crack once it is filled with resin.

Second, the repair methods of the three symptoms of bull's eye, star type and comprehensive type crack repair are consistent. There will be an obvious impact point in the middle of the bull's eye and comprehensive cracks. If the impact point of the star crack is not found, a glass punch can be used to make an impact point at the Citic position (the impact point is used as the resin entry point during the repair process). The perforator holes vertically and penetrates one layer of the surface of the double laminated glass.

Repair process:

1. Use a brush and steel needle to clean debris at the impact point

2. Install a three-jaw repair support. Adjust the position of the support so that the center hole of the support is aligned with the impact point of the glass.

3. Install the repair solution so that the sealing gasket at the liquid injection mouth is close to the glass. Observe that the round hole of the sealing gasket is in line with the impact point, and tighten the lock nut.

4. Extract a certain amount of resin (generally 0.2ml) into the injection nozzle

5. Install the fixer and tighten it

6. Vacuum, pull the repair rod up, and then rotate 90 degrees to fix it. The vacuum time is 3-5 minutes, and the bubbles at the injection nozzle are observed

7. Pressure operation: loosen the air valve, and tighten the air valve after the gas enters the repair cylinder. Pull the tie rod back down and tighten the tie rod lock nut. Pressure operation time 3-5 minutes.

8. Observe the crack change, accompanied by vacuum, pressure operation cracks gradually become smaller until disappeared. (If there is still air after a pressurization operation, repeat the vacuum and pressurization operation.) Proceed to the next step.

9. Tighten the air valve and remove the support

10. Paste cured film: paste cured film on the crack surface, and add a drop of resin at the impact point to ensure that the surface repair liquid at the impact point is full

11. Fixed violet lamp curing 3-5 minutes

12. Tear off the curing film and remove excess resin with the blade. Operation complete
