You are bidding on the playset shown. It is used and has wear. It is incomplete, but comes with everything pictured. This includes the Batman figure (though the batarang no longer retracts.), Joker, Instructions, a boulder, two chairs and the computer console. The rails, steps and a few of the other pieces ARE NOT INCLUDED, but you have more than enough to display or play. The crank though included has wear, and I would advise turning it gently, as it is bent and I fear might break with rough play. I am not sure if the trap door is missing a part, but while it photographs well, it does not stay in the up position on the right right.
