When the Going Gets Tough

The tough get bigger, and that’s exactly what we did when we created our Aventor HD Series Caliper. Designed in the USA, it’s durable, easy-to-use, accurate, and strong and long, making it ready to out-perform anything it goes up against. So when it was time to design, where did we start?

Go Big: Sports a 46mm x 16.2mm over size display to ease eye strain.

Go Strong: Has a 16.5mm thick beam to handle the stresses of shop life.

Go Accurate: Comes with 20mm NIB jaws that are micro lapped on the round face, and are accurate to ±0.0025"/0.06mm.

Heavy-Metal Tacks

How does it handle? Like a dream, with a guide way surface lapped in the direction of the slider movement for silky smooth action. And the look? This caliper looks good, feels good, and does its job even better.

Okay, enough about how cool we think it is, let’s get down to heavy-metal tacks. How about Advanced Integrated Circuitry that prevents dead chip occurrences and can be operated 10,000 hours continuously without failure? And despite the best policies, procedures, and workers, you can’t always control the environment. That’s why we added IP65 protection from water, dust, oil, and coolant. Yeah, that’s what we’re talking about.

Pick it up and Measure

It also features an automatic shut-off feature that puts the display in power-save mode after 5 minutes of idling and wakes it up as soon as the operator slides the caliper jaw. This automation feature cuts down inefficient power usage and extends battery life longer than a year.

We've added a SPC port so you can easily export your data into a spreadsheet without installing additional software. And for an additional fee, we can provide this caliper with a ISO 17025 certificate from an ANAB certifed lab in Wisconsin.

IP65 Protection Level

Coolant Proof IP65 protection level means the caliper is dust tight and protected against water jet. In our laboratory test we would apply water jets under standardize pressure condition for 30 minutes. Designed to work in adverse condition exposed to coolant, water, dust, or oil, even if the caliper is splashed with coolant or water, there is no need to wipe or clean the scale. Anti-corrosion treatment is required after exposing to water or coolant environment

Preset & Hold Function

Hold key would hold the measurement on current position and Preset mode allows operator to input the nib size as an offset size for ID measurements

Set Current Position

By pressing and hold the ON/OFF key for 3 seconds, the caliper will memorize the current position as the 0 position even when waking up from power off mode, so operators no longer have to set the zero point every time they turn the caliper on
