RETURNS
Our team are here to assist you! Product defects or issues should be raised as soon as possible or within 14 days. Contact us on 1300 CLANCY for any support requirements. All items come with a 12 month warranty for product defects. Any return items, unused are to be shipped at buyers expense and may incur a re-stocking fee for special items.
SHIPPING
You are buying from an Australian owned and operated store, based in Toowoomba, QLD. We drop ship from our Toowoomba warehouse, or from satellite warehouses. Upon ordering you will be advised the shipping method and expected time of arrival. Domestic shipments arrive in 2-3 business days in most instances, and our drop-ship from international warehouses takes only 5-10 business days!
