All of our chain products go through strict process measures to achieve the best quality! This includes heat treatment to ensure optimal utensil life and toughness for all components. Solid hardening and shot peening precision rollers are standard on most of our chains. Bushings provide a smooth roller bearing effect, reducing impact load as the chain engages the sprocket teeth. During chain assembly, all chain components are faced to ensure the correct placement of pins, bushings and side panels for optimal chain strength and long life. The assembled chain is then dipped in a hot lubricant. This lubrication and its application process greatly increase the service life of the chain and further protect it from environmental impacts. All our chains are factory pre-loaded. They are pre-tested to support and maintain the expected load that the chain will see at the time of use. This helps align the chain parts and will minimize initial elongation. This will greatly increase the life of the chain.
